Following
the hate crime burning of Macedonia Church of God in Christ, Springfield, MA Bishop Bryant Robinson, Jr. and his church, along
with other COGIC churches, Assembly of God churches, Spanish Pentecostal churches and other community churches united together
in a service at the Springfield Symphony Hall. The result of this spectacular event because of prayer
and meditation gave birth to the first ever Pentecost Rally in Massachusetts. These Multi-cultural
and Multi-denominational communities of believers were all praising God together.
Bishop Robinson and the planning committee invited the 2nd Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ, Bishop Jerry
Macklin to be the guest speaker. The service was a time of high praise and worship with a powerful message
delivered by Bishop Macklin. Many souls accepted the invitation for discipleship. We
are looking forward with excitement to Pentecost Sunday – 2011.
Romans 8:28 admonishes, “And we know that all things work together
for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.”
